Little Evelyn is not quite back to her usual self yet. We went to the doctor on Friday because she had a fever, and she was diagnosed with a double ear infection and a sore throat. We picked up some antibiotics, and went home, but ended up spending Friday night in the hospital because her pediatrician was concerned she may be dehydrated (she hadn't been drinking much all day). Right on cue, she started drinking her milk as soon as we got to the hospital, so thankfully she didn't end up needing an IV. They did keep us overnight for observation so, Matthew got to have a night with Grandma all to himself (thanks Faye!). We are so glad to be home, and happy that Evelyn is on the mend. Now we're hoping Matthew doesn't get it!!!!!
