So much to share . . .

 I have been struggling to get a new blog post out because we have so much to share, and I'm not sure where to start.  The biggest new news is we just returned from our first extended vacation with all the kids in tow!  We traveled to south Florida for 6 days, and it was great!  I am trying to dig out from under a pile of about 500 photos, and when I do, I'll share some with you! 


We also have a new member of our family. . .

This is Lorax.  He is Ethan's bearded dragon, and we just got him to day.  We are still trying to adjust to having a reptile (can't believe I'm even saying that word!) in the house.  Ethan is very excited, and will be in charge of taking good care of Lorax for his life span (about 10 years!).  He is pretty cute, and enjoys watching us as much as we like watching him!  Matthew and Evelyn have been downstairs all afternoon looking at him.
