Welcome, Hermie!!

Last weekend, Auntie Jes gave our family an early Christmas present--our own Elf on the Shelf, who we have named Hermie. If you don't know the story, Hermie now belongs to our family, and he sits on a shelf or another place in the house and checks on the kids for Santa. Each night, he flies to the North Pole and reports good and bad behavior to Santa, and then comes back to our house the next day. The kids are excited to find where he is sitting each morning, and they have been on their best behavior! Thanks, Auntie Jes! This is sure to be a fun Christmas tradition, and hopefully reason for a whole month of good behavior, for years to come!
