Fun Day

We had such a fun day. I am so happy I was able to set other things aside and focus on the kids today. After our busy morning riding the rocking horse, we decided to bake cookies. I pulled a couple of chairs right up to the counter so they could see how it was done.

They loved licking the beaters--a right of passage I think every kid should get to experience!



Matthew couldn't wait for his cookie to cool . . .

and they both loved the finished product too.

Then Ethan got home and provided the entertainment for the afternoon.


We had a really fun day. So glad we took the time to just play.
