The Beach!

I took Thursday and Friday off this past week to hang out and do some fun things with the kids.  It looked like rain Thursday morning, so we stuck close to home, and finally decided to head to a beach near our house.  There were only a few other people there, and this lake is so shallow, it's perfect for the twins.  Ethan and his friend Douglas came too and practiced their skim boarding.

Evie loves to build sand castles, and then promptly "smoosh" them with her foot!

Matthew's favorite part of the beach was running up and down the shore splashing through the water.

Evie was pretty much right behind him the whole time doing the same!
