It's about time. . .

Wow, no new posts since April.  I guess that means we've been pretty busy since then, which, looking back on the last few months is all true.  So, here's a quick top 10 catch up of our goings on since April. 

1.  Matthew and Evelyn performed in their spring concert at school.  It was so cute to see them up on the stage!  Evie sang her little heart out, and Matthew got a little bored and started playing with his friend on the stage. 

2.  Matt and I took a nice trip up the North Shore to celebrate our 9th anniversary in April.  It was a great trip.  We slept in, ate our dinner in peace, and did some hiking and site seeing.

3.  We painted flower pots for all the Grandma's on Mother's Day.  The kids had a ton of fun making this gift, and by all accounts the Grandma's really liked them.

4.  Bowling!!! 

5.  We spent Memorial Weekend at the camper.  The kids really enjoy our time up there, and it's great to see them spending the weekend outside playing and getting dirty!

6.  Preschool Graduation!!  Matthew and Evelyn went to full time preschool last year at Legacy Christian Academy.  We all loved it, and they learned so much academically and socially.  This coming fall they will attend Kindergarten at the same school.

7.  A Day at the Zoo.  Once the kids were done with school, I took a day off and we all went to the Zoo.  We have always loved the MN Zoo. It has become a really special place for our family to spend the day together outside.  This trip was even more exciting because there were camel rides and Dinosaurs!!

8.  Training Wheels are off!  We're still working on fully independent riding, but, we're making progress!!

9.  Father's Day and Matt's Birthday. 

10.  Strawberries!!!  Matthew and Evie were such good helpers!  They each picked their own bucket of strawberries at the High Hopes Berry Farm in Hinckley near our camper.

After all that, we're tired out!!!
